I have a few small dents where they replaced the number and fender which if it’s brand new shouldn’t have any dents at all. But there are several small indents in these brand new parts but I choose not to make a stink about it. Other than that everything is perfect everything works and they did a great job!!

Madison is very rude and refused to clean vehicle when it was filthy inside, and the repair was terrible missed damaged parts as well.

Using West Herr in purchasing was great which made me want the repair to be done by West Herr as well. It was easy and efficient especially being certified by my Insurance company. Truck repair looked great. Impressive Chevy dealership all around! Thank you!

The car was fixed seemingly well, but not in the time frame quoted and the lack of communication made me uneasy

Samantha, who I believe is based in Rochester and put our initial quote together, was excellent. She effectively communicated with us and made me feel like West Herr wanted our business. She is pretty much the complete reason we chose West Herr. However, once we dropped the car off the communication from the East Syracuse office was trash. There was none. We were not called once with an update on the repairs. I called several times to check if the car would be ready within the stated timelines given to us and I got a different answer each time. I gave up expecting to be contacted and just showed up to pick up the car, at which point they had trouble locating the keys. All in all, the repairs seem to have been done properly but the office end of things seems extremely disorganized.

As mentioned, the communication was non-existent. I feel like I was chasing them for answers. They evidently transferred the vehicle to Toyota for sensor calibration without advising us. The lack of communication made me extremely uneasy about the quality of service I would be getting.

Clearly no one drove my car after the repair. The alignment is way off and was perfect prior to the accident. Also they did not replace all of the lug nuts for my wheel. 4 out of 5 not bad. VW has a lock nut and it was stated that it could not be replaced. Why not? I have to take it back in the morning for more work. West Herr had it for two weeks and now I have to go back.
