Brittany Donovan was very professional and helpful. In my first visit to see what could be done to repair my vehicle Brittany met me and explained the necessary work. When I brought the car in for repair Brittany met me and made sure I understood the process and everything. The text notifications updating me on the progress were very helpful.

My car was extremely dusty and dirty on the inside when I picked it up (which I had to find myself in your parking lot because no one brought me to my car) I know that it is standard for a reputable body shop to fully detail vehicles after being worked on. I didn’t have anyone explain anything to me about what was done to my car. I had a family friend who works in a collision shop take a look at it and he mentioned the color was off because there was no blending done. There is a chip in the paint on my front door. This is not okay.
