Communication was frustrating: though they sent occasional vague text updates, I had to repeatedly call for details. Promised callbacks never happened, and I was never given a clear timeline for parts or completion. This lack of transparency made it impossible to plan my rental car. Overall, I was left frustrated and disappointed by the experience.

Zachary was very experienced and knowledgeable with the body work that had to be done. He was close in the estimate and described everything that would be done. He was patient and professional and I absolutely loved Dawn at the front desk! They are both assets to this company and I would come back just because of how personable they both are!
