My experience dealing with West Herr collision was overall very good. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They even did a thorough cleaning of the interior of my car, which was very nice. My only complaint is that when I came to pick up the car it was left out in a snowstorm with a couple inches of snow and raindrops all over the car, so I really couldn't inspect your work. I got there within a couple hours of being notified that the car was ready. I was hoping I'd be able to look at a clean car in a well lighted area. I still haven't gotten around to going to the car wash so I have no idea whether your work is satisfactory or not. Disregard that number five rating above. It was entered by mistake and I can’t erase it. I can’t give a satisfaction rating at this time for the reasons stated above. Bob

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who handle a hand in the repair. A huge shout out to Dawn and Zack for making this bad experience great! My 1st accident in a brand new truck and Dawn helped make sense of it all with insurance and keeping me up to date and Zack was just awesome and positive and eager to help and it went a long way! Highly recommend West Herr and the Collision team!

My window didn’t get replaced during the repair we have set it up for the future but other than that I was very pleased!
