Took forever. Called me to say it was done and the rim was still destroyed. So a week later they say it’s done and it’s still missing the sticker on the side of the car.

They are the only BMW certified shop in town so it’s tough to recommend anyone else in the area.

Trying to setup an appointment was beyond difficult as I couldn’t get a response via phone or internet. Then, the timeliness of the repair took far longer than estimated. When I picked up my car, I had about a gallon of gas in it. The best part of the experience was the gentleman who cleaned my car off and brought it around - he was kind and courteous.
