I can’t rave enough about my experience with Toyota West Mobile Collision and especially Brett. Had an issue with my car that turned out to be under the hood animal damage. After getting the run around for two weeks with the repair place that discovered the damage, contacting 3 other places that either couldn’t repair it or just never called me back for another few days, I contacted Toyota West Mobile Collision. I talked to Brett and even though he admitted it was going to be special kind of job, he immediately reassured me that they could handle it and would take care of everything and thats exactly what he did. Brett contacted me multiple times to keep me informed, explained how things would work with the insurance company and handled all of those communications. Had the car ready when he said he would and all I had to do was pick it up and write a check for my deductible. Will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much Brett and all your crew!!

Brett was absolutely wonderful. I had contacted multiple places over a couple of weeks who either couldn't or wouldn't repair the animal damage and work with the insurance company. Brett said dont worry about it, we got it and handled everything including communication with State Farm. He kept me up to date on the progress and had it ready earlier than expected. I will never use anyone else.

Communication was minimal and unprofessional when it did occur. No estimate was completed, only a reference to the insurance for a total loss. When I asked Brett about the estimate, he told me he could remember the amount but attempted to guess at the amount that he sent to insurance. Again, there was no numerical estimate
