Vernon was fantastic, from start to finish. He was up front about the potential for finding additional damage once things were disassembled. When things came up, he reached out to us immediately, with all the information we needed to make decisions right away, including pictures of the internal damage, additional clips, and the pricing. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

We found a nick where the hood meets the grill that was not there before. The car is a 2026. We just picked it up Friday. We found it Sunday when we were washing it.

I was impressed how well they worked with me to get my vehicle back as quickly as possible. It looks better than when I brought it in, definitely cleaner! Noone would ever know the deer committed suicide on it. The staff was friendly. I was also happy that I did not have to worry about the insurance company and rental as most if this was taken care of through West York collision center. I will definitely recommend then

I am overwhelming satisfied. If you saw my vehicle, you'd never know it was damaged . And it's much cleaner inside and out then when I brought it in. The service was friendly and helpful keeping me informed of the progress and taking care of the insurance and rental car. The bodywork was finished faster than expected. I would highly recommend.
