I had a terrible experience dealing with this shop and truly wish I would have taken my car somewhere else so I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. When I brought my car in for the estimate I told them I had a bad experience at Apple Colliision of Red Lion 4 years ago when someone hit my car and was told I would not have a bad experience there. That wasn’t a true statement.

Repaired a rim that doesn’t match the others. Gave me back my car with a refurbished head lamp that didn’t work. The bumper repair was the only thing I was satisfied with.

The girls Jordan and Lisa at the front desk were fine. I didn’t have any issues with them. Vern and Jerry (especially Jerry) were a different story. I had a broken headlamp and I notified them that something wasn’t right. I was told by Jerry to call before I brought my car in to make sure someone was there to check it. So I called on my day off which is a Friday and when I called to bring my car in, Jerry told me they didn’t have time bcuz they were busy and trying to get peoples cars back to them. My response was well you were already paid for this job and I want my headlamp adjusted so I can see at night. Basically had to act aggressive to get my car looked at. After they checked it, Vern handed me my key like it was fixed and when I got in my car, a light was on saying check headlight adjustment which wasn’t on when I took it in so I took it back and they still couldn’t fix it and told me I had to make an appointment. Took it to the dealer and they told me the headlamp didn’t work and needed replaced. It was a terrible experience dealing with West York Collision Center and State Farm regarding an accident that wasn’t even my fault! Glad it’s finally over!
