This is the second time that I’ve had to go to western for my car. In both instances, the crew was very friendly and helpful. I had never experienced either of the incidents before. They were very patient and explained terms and procedures to me very clearly. My car was fixed relatively fast, so I didn’t need to wait too long to get my car back. Due to work, I wasn’t able to pick up the car until couple days after they had finished with my car. They were very accommodating and communicative with allowing me to leave the car past the completion date. Thank you for making my stressful experience, as smooth as possible.

I had a rear bumper repaired at Western Avenue Auto Body a week ago. Chris, an associate, was very reliable and honest throughout the entire service. He responded quickly when handling my Lexus. When I picked up my Lexus, the rear bumper was totally restored, and the trunk looked brand new. I highly recommend this business."
