Like being kept up to date and the work looks fine. Disappointed that the new wheel was not available when I picked up the car but have complete faith that I’ll be told when it comes in. Only other issue was wadded up masking tape within the fuel filler door but not a big deal at all. Sam at Western is a delight.

They did a fantastic job with my car and it was fixed pretty quick. All the workers were friendly and knew what they were talking about. They provided in-depth explanation about the car as well. Extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend.

Western Avenue Auto did an exemplary job on my SUV. They fix the area that was damaged and did other unrequested work in the area. The rear of my vehicle looks like a new car. They also did a nice cleaning of my whole SUV. Sam is an outstanding representative for this company. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. They need to be very careful not to scratch the paint and clean the inside

The work done is good but the dirt and stains is massive inside it took me 2 hours to clean and degrease. There’s a. lot to f small scratches are all over the door and outside the removable top . Are you guys going to paint those scratches?. Sam is awesome he did a good lob communicating.

Western Ave Auto Body is an excellent place to have your body work done. First and foremost they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable leaving my car in their care. I found them when I was searching for a place to fix my car after it was damaged from an accident. I read the reviews which impressed me. When I picked up my car they cleaned it inside and out; I hardly recognized my vehicle. This place is trustworthy and they do an excellent job. I believe it is a family-owned business but everyone was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for your auto body repair. You won't be disappointed. Hooray to Jay.
