Westport Body Works did a great job on the repairs on my 2019 BMW X1. It did take a while, but that was because they were waiting on the parts to arrive. I had regular communication with the shop about the status of my repairs, and they wanted to make sure the vehicle was perfect before I picked it up. The body repairs look great and the car drives even better than it did before the accident.

Great !! Work! but slow, they kept my car too long I had to pay extra on my rental car because they kept my car too long and the rental coverage ran out.

This was difficult to rate. Because of the pandemic I think there were problems obtaining parts and having qualified workers. Holly in the office was professional, helpful and easy to work with. I had an issue trying to open the gas cap cover after the repairs were completed and Mark was going to come out to see if he could get it open. We were able to get it open and cancel the call for assistance.

When I was able to speak directly with Holly my questions were answered and I had great service. On the other hand when I was unable to speak directly to her and called to check on the progress of the repairs I was told once they didn’t have my car and then once that they were waiting on parts when the previous day the car was in the paint department.
