Ms. Deanna and staff were professional, courteous and engaged as to what they needed to accomplish for me as the customer. She sent several updates keeping me informed of repair process….such as, assessing damage, ordering of parts, estimated date parts were to arrive, estimated date of repair completion. Ms. Deanna refused a part because it was not up to the quality that Westway Ford would want their customer to be happy with. As a customer, I appreciate her advocating on my behalf. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends because they care and value their reputation. They represented Westway Ford Collision with pride.
