Whitaker’s quality is the reason I chose to take my car to them for repair. After trying twice to accommodate the insurance company’s request to use recycled doors for the repair and receiving two damaged too badly, they intervened and said they would only use a new door to maintain the high quality of repairs for their customers. The delays added two weeks to the time in the shop, but the quality was maintained and to my satisfaction.
