When picking my car up we did a quick inspection, the hail damage repairs were completed perfectly but we also discovered two brand new large scratches in the paint on the door. In addition to taking an extra three days from when I was initially told the car would be done, we had to leave the car another day so that they could repair the two large scratches.

The hail damage was repaired very well but when we picked up the car we noticed two very large scratches in the paint on the drivers side door. Which were definitely not there before we dropped off the car.
