Body work was fine, but we received the car back with the driver’s side outside mirror not working. Whitaker’s team couldn’t figure out the problem. Subsequent repair determined a connector in the door had been disassembled and a pin had been bent. Cost me $372 to repair. Carlos indicated to contact him if repair determined there was something Whitaker’s had done.

Jose was mi contact. He ALWAYS returned my call in a timely manner. We picked up the car on 10/25/23, a little over 4 months after the wreck due to lack of parts but the car seems to be in great condition
