Everyone was very nice! Beginning with Sam who guided me prior to me bringing my car there and dropping it off. Kept you informed about the status of your vehicle without having to reach out yourself first. Pretty consistent about meeting turn around date given as to when my vehicle would be ready.. Having one person of contact (Jose), was so much better than multiple people talking with the customer. Whittaker’s in Lakeway was great.

There were no parts for my Lexus, and the car sat untouched for three days until I was called to come and pick it up until there were parts in. I should have been told there were no parts or parts that should have been placed on order before my scheduled drop-off.
