Everyone at Whitakers made my auto repair as seemlessly easy as possible. Sam at the front desk is amazing. She is friendly, organized and worked with Enterprise to pick me up and then again for them to get the rental when my car was finished. They worked directly with State Farm. Once I contacted Whitakers, the process required no effort from me but to pick my car up. The repairs were perfect and undetectable. Excellent experience.

Before a customer drives away, it is VERY IMPORTANT to look at the repaired area IN GREAT DETAIL. I'm not happy with the product - I was lead to believe that I would be getting brand new parts. This was not the case.

Whitakers did a wonderful job repairing my car. They got me in for an estimate a month earlier than other shops in my area, kept me updated on progress of the repairs and got the car back to me quickly. Jose, emailed me progress reports was professional and friendly as was Sam at the front desk. A very positive experience all around.

Whitakers repaired my Lexus. The people were great to work with. Very kind, very honest and hard working. My car looks great! They ordered the parts, repaired the collision area and put it all back together. Paint job is beautiful. It looks like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. They update you while they are working on your car and let me know there was some damaged area that wasn’t seen till they removed the damaged parts. They dealt with the insurance people and still had it done in 3 weeks. I would highly recommend their work. The people are so nice. Top notch work and prompt.
