The final repair bill was 3x what was originally quoted. Although I only had to pay $1,000 seems like there was some price gauging against the insurance company

For the most part, the customer service was great! I was told a few times that they would call and update me, but, I only got two calls - one when they first got my vehicle and one when it was ready to pick up. I called them for updates and they were great about getting the latest information for me every time I called. It has been many years since I have been in an accident and needed body work. They were very patient with me asking a lot of questions and explaining the process.
