The repair is wonderful. The paint matches perfect! I can not complain at all about the quality of work. Customer service however is terrible. They forgot about my repair and instead of a few weeks it took 2 months to get the car to the shop after I called repeatedly . They had already repaired the windshield or I would habe gone elsewhere. They they ask me to bring the car in on a sun evening to begin repair on Monday morning. When I called Thursday to see when to pick it up, they had not started on it yet. I had 4 days of a rental I did not need to pay for. If they simply had said something happened, I would have brought it back in when they were ready.

When I arrived to pick up my car there was no one there to release the car. The mechanic suggested I just come back later. But that was the time in my day I had to pick It up and the only time I had a ride to get it.
