Driver’s side door is pouring water inside from raining out. Rubber not installed rite on door and carpets are soaked with water. And a few other things, door isn’t lining up rite to shut and black plastic piece that sets in front of left side mirror not secure needs smaller plastic clips to fit right and be tight, very disappointed on work for as long as car was at shop

When I first met Mr. White, he didn't greet me when I entered his office nor did he speak to any words to me for the first 5-7 minutes. I assumed he was very busy with what he was doing and didn't want to lose his focus??? After that, he was a little friendlier. In the end, I am very pleased with his service and his very calm demeanor. I would recommend this shop.

The customer service was good. Mr. White and his estimator were very kind. I only wish that communication to me as to the status of repair had been initiated by Mr. White. Other than the length of time it took to be repaired, I would definitely use them again.

Car runs great, looks great, and the whole process was very smooth. Only complaint is that I wish it didn't take 3 weeks to get it in but I understand auto shops are busy at this time.
