Offering our usual high quality repairs, because your families safety is the most important thing. We offer outstanding customer service with rental car pickup on site. If our McMinnville location isn't the best one of our facilities to repair your vehicle, we will schedule in at one of our other locations, but handle everything from the local store for you convivence.

I’m leery to recommend the shop considering how my claim went.

At first everything was going great. The shops responded very quickly and got my vehicle in right away. Great communication. But when my husband and I went to pick up my vehicle from the shop, we found damage that wasn’t there prior. But they were just going to let us pick up the vehicle in that condition and not say anything. It looks like damage they caused when trying to get my windshield off, they caused obvious damage to the seal around the bottom of the windshield and they didn’t fix it until I reached back out to the shop and sent photos. They did make it right however they sent the bill to my insurance and stated it was additional unseen damage. So it drove up the payout amount of my claim due to their negligence. I probably would not go back to that shop.

Customer service wise, Liz was great from the start. Communication was awesome and very everything was handled very quickly. I just wish they would have just fix the damage they caused prior to letting me pick the vehicle up.
