A car repair place is one of those businesses you don't want to have to do business with. And then when you do, you have this apprehension that the experience will be a nightmare. That you'll get taken for a ride, and all this mysterious work will be "discovered" that's going make it take forever and cost a fortune. You all delivered the opposite of that. From the get go, it was clear you had an established, proven process for managing th repairs. The communication was excellent. I never wondered where the car was in the process. As new information was learned, I got updates about it. Your existing relationship with Enterprise made the transportation aspect of it easy. Everyone I talked to at WCR was curteouse and helpful. Oh, and the work looks great. I'm not saying I'd go purposefully damage my car so that I could do more business with you, but I'll always tell people who ask me to go to your shop. You turned a stressful thing into a minor speed bump. Truly appreciated!
