No question I would recommend Whittico's Collision to my friends and family. Tim, the manager and possible proprietor, has always been a straight forward person with me and I would not question his integrity. Over the past 20 years of going to Whittico's Collision I have only heard one compliant from a would be customer and they tried to pose Whittico's Collision in a bad light. The "bad light" ended up being the customer's problem not Whittico's Collision. They complained that Whittico's Collision or rather Tim was trying to make money for repairing a vehicle that the insurance was going to call a total loss. The customer in this case for some reason thought that Whittico's Collision should give them a monetary incentive for allowing Whittico's Collision to fix their vehicle. The cost to fix the vehicle was around $21,000 on an $80,000 vehicle. The would be customer's simply said a lot of things about Whittico's Collision that were simply not true. The resources to fix the vehicle came in around $20,400 of the $21,000 allocated from the insurance company. Netting Whittico's Collision about a $600 profit from the job. The would be customers expected Whittico's Collision to waived the $1000 deductible. Citing the $21,000 as gross overpayment for the repairs that were necessary to fix a vehicle that had been in a very bad accident, where the vehicle was rolled over. Remember the insurance company want to total the vehicle out and it was the owners who choose to have it repaired and they knew it would more than your average cost to repair all the body work and the additional components required to get the vehicle back on the road, like the AC condenser, radiator, oil and transmission coolers, some of the front suspension components, steering components - new Electric Power Steering unit and control module, the ABS module including brake lines, etc. and replacing the airbags. The potential customers wanted the deductible waived and an additional $500 or $1000 for them allowing the shop to fix it. I thought it was important to share this information here, because it is very easy to ruin a place of businesses credibility/trust by misinformation. It is often impossible or very hard to restore credibility, especially a collision shop's when a person shares a negative experience about said shop. Whether they are telling the truth or simply lying. Word of mouth is powerful. I continue to support Whittico's Collision, as I just had a vehicle repaired there, and I will continue to take my vehicle's there. Knock on wood though, I hope I do not have any more accidents whether my fault or not.

So far the satisfaction is very high. A 10 is a very hard score to earn IMO, complete perfection is required. Typically is not possible.

Whittico's Collision is in the middle or was in the middle of an ownership change and they still earned a 10 here. Tim, who is retiring, has always provided excellent communication and I think a score of 10 is warranted here.

The warning system for blind spots and cars passing worked when I dropped off my car for repair. Now it does not work! Do the wires/cables for it hook up inside the bumper? But the repair job looks great!
