Kayla was SUPER helpful!!! She was so easy to work with, very accommodating, and very understanding....there are a ton of moving pieces when your car gets hit and ya gota get a loaner and get the other guy's insurance to step up and get things handled. She guided us a bit and she & Jeff & the team were so comfortable to work with. The repairs done to the vehicle were spot on and timely. Wickliffe Autobody and their team have been super! Pleasant, effective, efficient, and comfortable. Nobody wants to deal with a fender bender....Kayla, Jeff & the team held our hand and guided us through it. THANK YOU!!!!!
