Everyone very friendly and helpful; the repainted door looks like new with the dent removed and matches the other paint. My only wish is that I would have been updated as to the status of the job since I was told 3-4 days but the car was there for 9 days. I had a rental car so it was no big deal, I just felt a bit on edge anticipating the earlier timeframe.

I was very pleased with Jeremiah Rapmund as my my advisor & how efficient he was. He got my vehicle in quickly & answered all my questions & concerns. I did have to bring my vehicle back that same day for some additional work that was not part of my estimate but was from the body work that had been done there. I was alittle upset & called Jeremiah right away & I was able to go immediately back to the dealership & he brought out a tech & they took it back into the shop & took care of it. I was happy with the body work just felt like it hadn't been looked over before I picked it up & glad I didn't have to leave it for another day or so. Overall satisfied with the repair. A huge Thank you to Jeremiah for all his help!!!
