As previously stated, we have had some very bad experiences with other dealerships, including one that my husband works for. Honda has been wonderful through purchasing the car and taking care of maintenance and body repairs. I have recommended the Honda dealership to many people, two have leased or bought cars from there since then.

We have dealt with the Williams Body shop twice now, both experiences were great. Having had some very bad experiences with other dealerships/car maintenance, we were impressed with the expediency of the service, how paperwork was handled, and particularly, how Mark worked to prioritize our service to help us meet a deadline before moving. Car issues are stressful, Mark helped me feel like everything would be handled without judgment for the "fender bender".

Mark was extremely helpful, he helped us get through a stressful event by understanding our need for immediate repairs (due to a moving date) and put in extra time to help us out. He explained the process well, and was very personable. We have had bad experiences with other dealerships, so dealing with Mark was a refreshing change for us.
