I want to give the entire shop the benefit of the doubt. This issue was about the poor workmanship of a single individual, I wish to believe. Can't discredit the entire staff/crew for that error.

Front shop service (Todd) was superb. Back shop a different story: the replacement hatch on my CR-V was significantly and obviously misaligned on release of car. Should have been caught initially and wasn't. Necessitates two subsequent trips, one to notify and another for proper alignment.
