It is hard to communicate with them. Too often when I would dial the number I would get voicemail. They did not always call back. That’s my only real complaint about the service. Most of my questions could’ve been answered in a short phrase and it sure would’ve been nice to be able to text message.

My car was left unsecured - windows down and doors unlocked while outside. No one from Williamson Collision Center or the Williamson Buick GMC dealership has made any effort to resolve the total loss of my car.

My car was completely destroyed while in the custody of the Williamson’s Collison Center on April 14, 2025. I only learned of the total destruction of my SUV when I called the Collision Center to schedule to pick up my vehicle. This is when I was informed that my car had been totally destroyed due to arson. I was horrified to learn from the police detective investigating the case that my vehicle was carelessly left outside, unprotected, unlocked, with the windows down over the weekend. An unidentified individual reportedly jumped the fence and set my car on fire. To make matters worse, the burglar alarm and fire alarm were not working so the police and fire department were not notified. My car burned for over two hours before the sprinkler system was finally triggered. Unsurprisingly, the ultimate result was a total loss of my vehicle. This level of disregard for the protection and safety of my vehicle, permitted an unidentified individual the ability to reportedly jump the fence and set cars on fire. I was assured by Williamson employees that I should not worry, because Williamson would ensure my situation would be resolved. I was also told that Mr. G. Ed Williamson, Chairman and CEO, himself was aware of the arson and had been at the Collision Center with the police. On April 17, 2025, I visited the Williamson Buick GMC dealership and asked to speak with the General Manager to get an update. Instead, a confused sales manager—who was clearly unaware of the incident—began asking me questions about my car. Upon insisting and a long wait, I finally met Jeffrey Rogers, Executive VP and COO. He confirmed the dealership was aware of the arson, that Mr. Williamson himself was directly involved (the second time I was assured he was advised of the matter and what had happened to my car), and that the incident had been reported to their insurance provider – Brightline Dealer Advisors. A week later, Mr. Rogers finally provided me with a claim number and insurance contact information in response to my repeated requests. Since then, I have called and emailed Williams’ insurance company repeatedly, copying Mr. Rogers on my most recent correspondence to the assigned adjuster, and I have received no replies or return phone calls — not from the insurance company, not from Williamson Collision Center, and not from the Williamson Buick GMC dealership. It has now been six weeks with zero progress. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and urgency displayed by the Williamson Collision Center, Williamson Buick GMC dealership, the Williamson Automotive Group, and Brightline Dealer Advisors is astounding. Their silence sends a clear message: they are deliberately avoiding the responsibility of carelessly allowing my car to be destroyed and not treating their customers with the respect deserved by completely failing to provide any resolution to this matter.
