Excellent customer service and thorough repair job. A slight issue with one of the panels on the rear hatch continuing to come loose, but otherwise they did an excellent job of repairing the vehicle.

The process from filing a claim to having Sabrina from Wilmette Auto Body come out to the house to assess the damage was flawless. We received regular updates on the progress and the end result was stunning. A severe hail storm hit the are on April 7th and what the paintless dent repair technicians can do is pure artistry. Wouldn't hesitate to refer others to this family run establishment.

Accidents can be nightmares ... Fortunately, mine was at a very slow speed, no injuries and relatively little damage, but I was so relieved when I called Wilmette Auto Body. The staff was so courteous and helpful. As soon as I brought the car in, I learned that my insurance company had already sent in the authorization. Dean assessed what needed to be done, explaining the design and repair complications involved even in simple fender-benders with highly technical and extremely safe cars like mine. To hadten the process he immediately ordered the parts that were visibly needed. Later on he notified me and the insurance company of the estimate. This body shop kept me informed of their progress every day. The work took about 2 weeks & they kept the car until I could come in (medical issues w/my husband unrelated to the coronavirus that had just become a major issue). When I picked up the car, it was totally cleaned, spotless and back in perfect shape. And what's more, they said they were ceasing to take in new business until the pandemic had subsided, because of all the people coming in for very minor problems, bringing their kids, jeopardizing everyone's health. They remained open to customers for pickups. They knew they'd lose money but they couldn't jeopardize the health of their staff, customers and their own families. This shows the extraordinary care and service provided by Wilmette Auto Body.
