Obviously it was expensive, & my coming to Wilmette Auto body was influenced, partly bc my Erie insurance agent recommending I choose a place on the Erie insurance list, & partly due to my past experience & satisfaction @Wilmette auto body. But what really knocked my rating from 8 or 9 to 10, was the way I was treated by both Sabrina & Dean. I was embarrassed, bc I was swearing about the treatment I’d just received when I telephoned the car rental place, & as I apologized to Sabrina & Dean for my display of anger, I joked that I was afraid I might need an anger management course. Sabrina quipped back, “oh that’s my favorite word,” which in that moment just sliced right thru my anger— clever & sweet at the same time! And Dean, your last line, after I apologized about my anger, should be published. In response to my comment about my perhaps needing an anger management course, Dean said, “Life is an anger management course.” I thought that was pretty profound. I’ve already quoted it a few times to others. So thank you— you guys are the best!
