Dropped my car off and it wasn’t started to be worked on until a week later. Was told that it’d be 1.5 weeks and ended up being 3 weeks. Had to rent a car for way longer than intended. Was told over the phone that they would help pay some of my deductible due to the inconvenience of the quoted time being doubled. Went to go pick up my car 3 weeks after dropping it off and I told the guy what I was told over the phone and he had no clue what I was talking about. Lack of communication, was told I would be updated every Tuesday and Thursday. Didn’t get updates. I would try to call towards the end of the day on the days I was told I’d be getting updates and no one answered. I can understand being busy but my issue is that what they told me when I called 1.5 weeks in is not what they honored. If you’re going to tell someone you’re going to do something then follow through with it.
