They seemed to be under-staffed and I think this ultimately affected customer service. I believe they did hire new customer service person, about time I finally picked up vehicle. She was kind and helpful.

Stopped by at shop to make appointment for repairs around midday. No one was in the reception area. After waiting several minutes...I left and came back a couple hours later. No one was in the reception area again, but then someone came out to help me. Person that was there at the time seemed out of sorts, but was helpful and friendly. Looked at my vehicle, etc. Made appointment for the next month. Two -three days before appointment, got a call from shop. I was told I needed to reschedule as they were too busy with other claims. We rescheduled for a month later. When I brought in vehicle, I was told it would take about a week. It took two weeks. Asked for a loaner vehicle but they had none. After a week and a half of waiting, I called shop for status, the person I spoke too over phone was surprisingly rude and impatient. I was quite taken back by the this persons reaction to my inquiry.
