There's noises coming from my car that weren't addressed that were not present prior to the accident. The car looks better visually.

During my first conversation with the guy in the body shop I was told only things that were caused by the accident would be fixed as if I expected something different. After the first conversation I should have known better to continue business with the shop. I continued because although insulting the guy wasn't rude and I figured the issues would be found during further investigations. My other concerns weren't addressed. Now I have a car that is fine visually but making noises and still pulling to the right. I believe assumptions were made about myself and my vehicle. I had just gotten my car fixed prior to the accident.

Due to horrible customer service I will tell people not to come to you. On top of you telling a customer a price for something they tell you yes proceed then you call back almost 24hrs later to say the price went up over 300 dollars.
