Would be a 10. Terry is great. He kept in touch, explained how our policy required used parts because of the age of the vehicle and was very welcome. The only issue is that the passenger door was rubbing and we didn't realize it until we had it home. They fixed it right away, but it did require a second trip in and, as we live an hour away, that was not optimal
