Satisfactory, vehicle had to be painted twice due to discrepancies discovered when inspecting.

Refused to accept the first paint job as there was drips in the clear coat and chips on the edges where it appeared that they were addressed when repairing the fender. The second painting addressed these issues satisfactory. Should not have to inspect repairs when expecting quality work.

My shocks, and whatever related equipment to my rear suspension was NOT damaged and perfectly functioning prior to the accident. Yet now my vehicle is still not safe to drive and I will not be driving it until I get a second estimate done on the vehicle and it repaired. My vehicle did NOT drive this way. And when the prior manager of the auto body shop tells me he is concerned that the insurance company probably wont cover the cost because of the year of the vehicle I have my doubts. As to whether it was wrote off because they were worried my insurance company would just consider my vehicle totaled. So I am still without a vehicle because service is trying to say its do to where and tear, not because of the collision. I will be getting a second opinion as I know for a fact it was fine before the accident. Also I was told that the service department had checked all the fluids in my vehicle. Yet when I picked up my vehicle I had to have them top off my oil. So how trustworthy can I take the word of the service department, when I know my suspension was in perfect working order before my accident, and my oil was low. No offense to the new manager of the auto body department Terry, who seemed to be a nice guy trying to make sense of everything he came in on. But I am highly unsatisfied

Wheels were balanced with installation of new rim. Brakes squeal terribly and a new terrible noise when steering wheel is turned and brakes applied. Concerned because Iâm driving to Florida next Thursday Sept 20th.

I wish I could give them 10 but I can?t. The replacement aftermarket windshield was defective and had to be replaced and even after replacement it?s not the same as the OEM, as it lacks the acoustic lament which makes using the car?s hands free system more difficult due to added noise. The misaligned hood is a cherry on the top. I know eventually I will be able to get everything figured out on the car bye working with shop and that?s why I gave them a 6, but this is a lot of extra and a lot of compromises I have to make that impact the value, function and enjoyment of my vehicle and my services with AAA as the windshield replacement should have been done with a comparable not inferior windshield!

The hood is misaligned and the windshield replacement was defective and took me more then two weeks to replace and lacks the acoustic lament of the OEM.

i picked up my vehicle Oct 28th from service dept cause body shop was closed so I returned Nov 1st my first day off and showed the manager where it didn't line up properly, he wrote my name and number down on a "post it" stuck it to his computer and told me he would call me when they had a spot open. i have yet to hear from anyone.

Everything before and during the maintenance was excellent service. Loved the Text updates and using my old rank. I did not expect to notice so much dirt specks under the paint on the left side of the box and so much blemishes on the bumper. Hoping a sos pad and more buffing of the bumper might now make the flaws less noticeable. Raining on day of pick up so did not notice these flaws. This repair is possibly better than what I would of gotten in Oscoda MI but the San Antonio TX body shop did way better on my old vehicle. Would not recommend this body shop to anyone soon.
