My daughter picked up her car and the woman who she was interacting with was very RUDE. She needed her fathers credit card number given over the phone to take care of the deductible. The woman didn't want to use her phone. That is acceptable, but she offered no other appropriate solutions and was very irritated about it. She then abrupted stated that she wanted her to write down the credit card numbers and leave it with her to 'take care' of the paperwork etc.. Who would hand over a piece of paper with the credit card information? I certainly would not do that. We will not be using that dealership in the future. Poor customer service can totally ruin the hard work performed by all other departments.

Based on lack of communication and extended repair time. Staff was always very friendly. Message "on hold" indicated that loaners were available but I was required to rent a car from an outside facility for the first 10 days. I did receive a very nice rental my last 5 days however.

Everyone was pleasant when interacting with them. I received no communication regarding when my repair would be completed. There was an approximate date given but no phone call to say it was not done. All communication was initiated by me other than the final "your car is done".
