Customer service definitely could use some improvement. The front desk Lady was very rude and snappy if she don't like her job she shouldn't be there or whoever answers the phone. I' brought my vehicle to this company several times . And I also addressed an issue that was going on with my door and asked that it be looked at and it was never addressed. I'm still having the same issue with and this isn't the first time your company looked at.
