The paint on my repair is chipping, there is still damage to the area of repair and I am leaking fluid which I believe is coming from my power steering.

from prior experience and this current one I feel that SVF doesn't pride themselves in their work to my vehicle. I would like to take it to a pane that cares as much for my vehicle as I do.

the paint on the repair is bubble and chipped and my fog lights were not both in working condition when I picked up my vehicle. I think a great way to fox this issue in the future is to have someone dedicated to the finished product like an "inspector." this person ensures that all repairs are above satisfactory and will send the vehicle back to the body shop if it does not meet those standards. This solution ensure nothing leaves the lot with Ford's reputation in question.
