I am not in the habit of recommending collision repair shops, so it's unlikely that I will be asked. If I am asked, I would have generally positive feedback to share

Repair incomplete, still in process. Splash shield or similar missing from passenger rear wheel well, body panels not pinned to soak shield in both wheel wells. Shop response to this issue has been easy and positive, but will require follow-up visit. I have since noticed that paint on replaced components appears uneven when viewed in good lighting, and paint appears to have been applied to edges of black trim that should not be painted. I would have expected that new factory replacement parts would have been prefinished l, but perhaps painting is a typical step and the quality of the painting is just less than I expected. I have not yet alerted the shop to this issue.

Staff have been friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made interacting with car rental company easy. I would have preferred more proactive progress updates, but my questions about progress were answered promptly.
