Since 10 is the highest rating I will go with 10++++. John was very kind, empathetic and understanding as well as the rest of the staff. When I saw my car for the first time I thought they had decided to buy me a new car!! My car was clean inside and outside. The job was very well done! It couldn't have been more perfect!!

Nowadays, the insurance company recommended us to certain shop so it hard to tell friends or family to it, unless we pay out of our pocket then yes I will.
