My passenger side windshield wiper was “stripped” of the rubber. When I brought my car to Wink’s, I had noticed that the rubber was coming off but still halfway attached to the wiper. I did not give Wink’s the right to remove the rubber. This was not part of the reason for my car being brought in. Wink’s owes me a wiper blade in functioning order. If my windshield gets scratched/damaged in any way, Wink’s will have to fix the issue.
