I was very pleased to get my car back a day before the expected date. The body work done looks beautiful and the complimentary interior cleaning is great. My car looks and smells fabulous. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. The fact that Geico and Enterprise were already there and ready for me made the whole experiance so much easier and fast. First time there..... didn't know you didn't take discover card approved estimate over the phone...so when picking up the car I found out I couldn't pay. Front desk lady doesn't have great customer skills.

Congratulations! I have been to other body shops and have had them lose my keys, lose my floor mats, I have seen the completed job and sent it back for a redo, and had the manager look at it with me and send it back for a redo. None of that happened, here. It was done well, on time, the first time, and the car looked great. Your shop is a bit further away from my home but it was worth it. You've won my business. Thank you!
