The car was repaired to like new condition, and on time. You can do away with the preprogrammed updates. The last one arrived stating that the repair was 52% complete and an hour later I got a note saying it was done. Overal you get a 10 from me for a job well done.

Only because it is conveniently located and partnered with Geiko and Enterprise. The workmanship on the actual repair seemed fine, certainly would not recommend the customer service or the cleanliness.

When I picked up the repaired car, Winks rep became defensive when I pointed out a scratch on the car that wasn't there before the car went in for repairs.

Defensive rep would only agree to talk to his workers about the new scratch on my car, to make sure no one said they remember making the scratch (I suggested he do this since he had no reply to me when I pointed out the scratch). I never heard back from the rep or winks.
