My car was in the shop about a month ago, and new tires were installed, and again about a week ago. However the second time I was informed that they were unable to do an alignment bc the tires were too big...so how was an alignment done the first time?? Also we pointed out a bar that was broken and hanging by the front right tire, and after the repairs were made it was still broken. I find it hard to believe that an alignment was done once and couldn't be done weeks later, and that my car wasn't repaired completely (since I actually pointed out the broken bar to two people) I will never bring my car here again!
