I brought the car five minutes before closing and still in a very frazzled space with an upset kiddo. They got the car under cover until it could be crash wrapped. When I stopped in the next morning to double check the paperwork and get belongings out of the car again I was treated with utmost respect and care! Any time I called for updates the ladies were very kind and caring!

I was impressed how smooth the process was for all of this. As a woman, it could be a little intimidating, dealing with car shops. Winks did a great job at helping me figure out the insurance claim I had and sending paperwork for me to fill out so that I was too rushed in the lobby getting it done. They were quick and super informative.

Absolutely ridiculous that I could not drive my car 5 min down the road to Maguire Toyota for a trade in for an amount that far surpassed what was owed for the repair. Astounding the lack of cooperation and trust between local businesses. Have used Winks for years, but will not be back
