The result of professional work competence is indistinguishable from a brand-new car. Very impressive and within schedule. Pleasant interaction with the front desk personnel. Appreciation for the transparent (to me) interaction with Travelers insurance. A little disappointed with the long lead time to get a first visit, but there must be a good reason for it.
