Spent considerable time checking auto body repair shops for service, facility and estimates. Chose Winner since they specialized in Audi (also where I purchased the car) and the quote was reasonable - until I delivered the car. Then discovered that the original estimator left and the quote increased @ 50%! Not my problem that the estimator missed some items, but I’m still the guy who paid the bill. The work however was good.

I have previously submitted a review of my service at Winner collision - ultimately the scratch repair was good. It required some effort on my part however - the initial estimator was dismissed from Winner, but it was her proposal that caused us to choose Winner. When I arrived for the work, the new estimator advised that a significant adjustment to the estimate was required that the original estimator missed - not my problem, but ultimately was since it changed the cost. Happy with the result - not pleased with the procedure.

Work was well-done and priced fairly. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Estimated completion time given on the app could have been more accurate. Waiting on info if the final trim piece has arrived.

Very thorough job , cleaned up car nicely. Their updates were consistent. However, it would have been more realistic to hear car might require up to 8 workdays to complete.
