First and foremost, I wanna go ahead and say thank the staff at Winner Circle ! I give them a 10 out of 10 based on service, they went ahead and provided me with the best service. They went ahead & provided me with all the info regarding my car vehicle. They said my car was gonna take a certain amount of time, but they went ahead and finished it faster than what they expected. Too long to fix -Took 7 weeks to complete a 2 weeks job; Not all problems from accident were identified by shop; promises were made but not kept; I had to call several time a day to obtain progress even thought I had requested daily update report call; poor parts ordering practices including order follow ups; kept feeling that I was given the runaround. BUT people were always polite and always apologized.
