Body work was done to my satisfaction although when making the appointment I relayed to your front desk the problem with the gas gauge and asked at that time of I should notify State Farm I was told that estimater will be told of that problem. However this was never conveyed.

I have a survey already submitted for collision repair, this will be my 2nd survey for this specific collision repair and as for Mark and his crew, very professional, at the start upon initiating this request, communications very smooth, no issues incurred. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I was contacted with such, I received my vehicle, and with Mark, examined the repairs, and also the professional cleaning/waxing of my paint, impressive, I will definitely have referrals for anyone in need.

I am preparing this survey again, possibly did not go though just now, the initial setting up this request, was very professional and no issues, date/time arranged, I was contacted in a timely manner upon completion of the repairs, and upon my arrival to retrieve my vehicle, was very impressed with the cleanliness/waxing of my vehicle by Mark's crew, excellent repair, as I felt like now a new vehicle, I will definitely refer anyone who maybe in need of their vehicle repaired to this Winner's Circle Location, my vehicle operates now in excellent condition.

Overall great experience. Front desk could have explained rental car process of having to call other persons insurance company with the claim number so they can send Enterprise the information needed to rent me the car.
