It took us three round trips and the far still wasn’t right. Zero quality control. Absolute waste of time and fuel money driving over an hour round trip to point out the shoddy work done in the vehicle time and time again

While the body work was done beautifully there were some complications in getting the work completed properly. It seems everyone worked hard to fix the issues and my dodge looks and runs great. However today (a day you are closed for a holiday weekend) I got an error light stating that the license plate light was out upon inspecting it thinking it was a light bulb issue I discovered that when they reattached the rear bumper they never reinstalled the light. As it is illegal to drive a vehicle without a light over the license plate we are unable to drive the vehicle after dark and are hoping that it can be fixed quickly on Tuesday when you reopen.

Great customer service. That’s hard to find these days. My appointment was a month out but I drove my truck to the office to see if I could save time by them inspecting and preordering any parts they might need. Just so happens that they had a cancellation and took me in that day!!! They even gave me a ride home in their personal vehicle.

The communication was top notch, walked me through the process of the repair. The repair was done faster then i thought. They contacted me and worked around my work schedule, and even waited for me to arrive before closing. I got my fixed repairs walked through again and showed me how it all works again, and they even detailed my truck. It look and smelled wonderful.
